Join Lori and Jen for a retreat in winter. Nevermind the winter blues... come and connect with like-minded people and enjoy yoga, sound, crafts and good food!
We will start with a winter yoga practice to boost your yuan qi (kidney energy), we will discuss your circadian rhythm in winter, and then break for lunch. After lunch we will explore our creative arts side with a craft led by Jen. Lastly, you will settle into a restorative posture and will be led on a sound journey by Lori. This will be a 6 hour retreat including self-care, somatic movement, sound healing, a craft, nervous system regulation, connection in community. Lunch, tea and snacks are provided. $150.

My classes are a series (most often 8 classes). If you are unable to attend due to illness, please discuss with me about the possibility of a credit for the next series. Please email me if you are unable to attend class.
